A lot of other businesses could learn from DVS

Dropped my AUDI off on 6.2.25 for Luke and his team to look at some issues with the car. Dispite being extremely busy Luke still looked at the car told me what the issue was and what parts I need to get and rebook it in with him. He also sorted some of the issues with the car and didn't want any payment for this. The customer service experience is number one and a lot of other businesses could learn from DVS.
